Our NuLeaf locations use Dutchie as a menu provider. If you created an account on our websites, you could check the status of your order by going to https://dutchie.com/ and signing in with the same information you use on our website. If you checked out as a guest, you can still receive status updates by opting into the text alerts.
To log in to Dutchie, select the “Log in” link on the top right side of the page. Enter your email and password in the pop-up box
After signing in to Dutchie, click on the “My Account” link on the top right of the page, then select “Orders”
This page will show you all the orders you have placed under the account. Your current order will be the first entry. Select “View Order” and you will be taken to your order status page
The order status page will outline your order and the step the order is currently on. This page will also show you if you have text updates enabled
Unfortunately, the Dutchie menu doesn’t currently let customers cancel orders on their end. If you have an order that needs to be canceled, please contact the dispensary you placed the order for.
