How do I join The Hello Club to begin earning points?

We will happily guide you through the sign-up process! But first, just a couple of quick, important notes. 

1. To begin earning points, you must have a signature on your account agreeing to the terms and conditions of the rewards program. 
2. At any time you can opt-in/out of promotional SMS or emails. This does not have any impact on your membership or ability to earn/redeem points. 
3. We're unable to retroactively add points to an account prior to when you signed the terms and conditions.
4. Points expire 6 months from the day they were earned.
5. When registering, please use the same phone/email that is used in stores. This is needed to have your points find their way to your account.

Now, let's jump right in and get you earning points!

To join the Hello Club, visit NuLeaf's website and click on "Rewards" in the menu. From there, you can either download the Hello Club app for iOS / Android or sign up directly on the web. In this example, we'll sign up on the web.

 

You will then be prompted to enter your phone number to begin the process. 

After you enter your phone number, you will be taken to a screen where you will enter your personal information and then click Join, as seen below. 

• Note: If you enter your cell number and opt-in to receive text messages, you will receive unique, personalized, and curated promotional offers based on your buying preference. You'll receive a text with a link to the promotional offers due to cell carrier regulations. 

You will be returned to the main screen where you will enter your phone number one more time to log in to your new account. 

You will then be prompted to enter a temporary PIN that will be texted to the number you used. A passcode is necessary to protect your account and confidentiality. 

Next, you will need to select your four-digit passcode, enter it in both boxes and then click Enter.

Then, you will be taken to the home page of your rewards account, where you can use the icons at the bottom to check your rewards balance or look for special offers. You're now all set to begin earning points!
